Questions about the platform, the beta, or how your team develops its drawings and models are all welcome. A real person reads every message, usually the person who built the thing you're asking about.
Where to start
Joining the beta
The beta is by invitation. The quickest way in is the beta application, which tells us what we need to know about your work.
Questions about the platform
Which authoring tools your team uses and what you're trying to solve is enough for a useful first reply.

Feedback, problems, and ideas can come straight to the same address. Every one of them shapes what gets built next.
